酒店交通方便，在步行街旁邊，停車額外收費，17磅每晚。房間大小合適，沖涼房水也不錯，但是不像是25年新裝修的酒店，整體來講，值得住，性價比不錯。

We stayed 3 nights. Pretty much everything was straightforward. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, though a little dated in parts (swimming pool area). Parking was expensive but easy, and the location close to the City Centre was just a dream. All of the main Roman and city attractions are within easy walking distance.  All in all a really good stay. The only niggle I have, is that on the first night we ordered room service after a long 訂房網站. It took 3 attempts for the order to be correct. This was disappointing but at the end of the day, it was no massive issue.

Crowne plaza was a lovely hotel and location was perfect. Parking the car was a simple process. Breakfast was a great choice too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from reception when we arrived to Raffael in the bar/restaurant and all the other staff were helpful and cheerful. Food was excellent, we had a full meal one night and bar snacks the following night and everything was tasty and well presented.

Fantastic location in the heart of Chester. The room also had an iron and ironing board which was a godsend as we were travelling to a number of locations and living out of the suitcase 😳
